Functions

The Bee Eye Saral can be used to
  1. Generate Bills - Easily generate bill - choose item -> capture weight from weighing scale-> Print
  2. Date and Time automatically marked in bill
  3. Taxes - Add upto 2 taxes
  4. Discount- % age and absolute discount options
  5. Header and Footer Print 7 lines header (Top Line Bold) and 6 lines footer
  6. Generate report- Sales report by Bill, Sales report by Item, Total Discount, Total Tax
    1. Upto 1000 bills can be saved in Bee Eye Saral (assuming 2 items per bill)
    2. Once the bill memory is full it will start overwriting old bills. There is no need to clear memory
  7. Void a Bill - If for any reason the sale does not go through or there has been an error the last bill can be cancelled (Voided)
  8. Recall a Bill - Any bill still in memory can be recalled

  2. Discount retail shops - retail shops which give discounts on MRP can add a percentage discount to each item. The machine will calculate the discount and also indicate amount saved by customer in bill
  3. Restaurants - Easy to generate KOTs and further Bills
  4. Wholesale Traders - Used to easily capture and summarize continuous weighments of sacks etc.
  5. Dal Mills - Customized Application for testing of Dal Samples where sample weights can easily be recorded and calculations carried out
  6. Iron and Steel Traders- Capture weighments and calculate bills add rate, freight, customer name and number
